SHIPPING FEE
We offer FREE local shipping for orders over ₱3,000. For orders below this amount, a local shipping fee will apply. We provide nationwide shipping across all regions of the Philippines.
Please note that the courier will not request any additional payment upon delivery, as the shipping fee is determined and processed during checkout.
TRACKING OF ORDERS
A tracking number will be sent to your email after your order has been fulfilled. Use the provided third-party courier link and enter your tracking number to track your order.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
For Metro Manila:
- Processing time: 1-2 days
- Shipping time: 2-4 days
For provincial locations:
- Processing time: 1-2 days
- Shipping time: 5-7 days (depending on location and the delivery service of our third-party partners)
The delivery days/shipping time starts from the moment you receive an email notification confirming that your order has been processed successfully.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
We regret to inform you that same-day delivery is not available through our website at this time. However, you can reach out to us via our social media platforms to coordinate the process. Please note that an additional shipping rate may apply for this service.
